1 DAY 1 : Arrival Marrakech Airport

Upon your arrival at Marrakech Airport, you will receive a warm welcome from our team at Deep South Travel. We will then provide you with a comfortable transfer to your hotel, where you will enjoy a delightful dinner and spend the night.

2 DAY 2 : Exploring Marrakech

Once you've had breakfast at your hotel, you'll be taken on a tour of Marrakech, also known as "the Moroccan red city". Our expert local guide will accompany you and ensure that you get to experience the most significant historical and cultural sites, such as the Saadian Tombs, El Bahia Palace, El Badii Palace, and Ben Youssef Koranic School. For lunch, we will take you to a typical restaurant in the new city. In the afternoon, you'll visit the beautiful Majorelle and Menara Gardens, as well as the Koutoubia Tower. Your day will end with dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel

3 DAY 3 : Marrakech - High Atlas - Ait Benhaddou - Ouarzazate - Dades Valley

Following breakfast at your hotel, we will embark on a scenic drive to the Dades Gorges, crossing the High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi N’tichka pass, which sits at an altitude of 2260m, and stopping at various panoramic viewpoints along the way for photo opportunities. We will then visit the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a beautiful 16th-century fortress recognized by UNESCO, and have lunch at a local restaurant. Our journey will continue to Ouarzazate, known as the African Hollywood, where we will visit the Atlas Studio of cinema. Next, we will pass through the Roses Valley and the Way of 1000 Kasbahs before reaching our destination for the night at Dades Valley, where we will have dinner and spend the night in the upper gorges.

4 DAY 4 : Dades Valley - Gorges - Todra Gorges - Erfoud - Erg Chebbi

Following breakfast, we will proceed towards Todra Gorges, also known as the Grand Moroccan canyon, which is a popular destination for rock climbers due to its 300m tall rock walls in the narrow section. Here, you can take a leisurely walk to experience the verdant nature of the agricultural lands and the vast river, We will then head down to Erfoud, renowned for its fossilized marbles, and visit a workshop that produces these fossils. In the evening, we will reach Merzouga, where you will be warmly greeted with a cup of tea and provided with a safe room to prepare for an unforgettable night in a nomad desert camp. You will enjoy a 90-minute camel ride to cross the highest sand dunes in North Africa and witness a spectacular sunset before arriving at the Bivouac. The private tents are equipped with comfortable mattresses, blankets, cushions, and toilets. A delectable Moroccan dinner will be served, followed by a gathering around the fire to appreciate the unique Berber music played with drums under the starry sky.

5 DAY 5 : Erg Chebbi - Ziz Valley - Midelt - Azrou - Ifrane - Fes

Rise and shine early in the morning to witness the spectacular sunrise over the dunes, followed by a camel ride back to your hotel. After enjoying a wholesome Moroccan breakfast and a refreshing shower, we will embark on a journey to Ziz Valley. We will make a stop here for you to appreciate the stunning panoramic view of Ziz palm oasis and Ziz Gorges. For lunch, we will be in Midelt. Continuing on our adventure, we will cross the Middle Atlas mountains, famous for its cedar forest and wild monkeys that you can feed. We will pause for a break in Ifrane, a European-style town also known as the "Switzerland of Morocco," before reaching Fes in the evening. Overnight accommodation and dinner will be provided at the hotel.

6 DAY 6 : Exploring Fes Medina - Meknes - Chefchaouen

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you'll begin exploring the Fes medina (which dates back to the 8th century and was founded by Moulay Driss II) with the help of a local tour guide. You'll visit various interesting places such as the Royal palace gate, the Jewish headquarter (the first Mellah in Morocco, built in the 16th century), the world's oldest university Al Qarawiyin, the Tanneries, and Moulay Driss mausoleum. After lunch, we will travel to Chefchaouen via Meknes, where you'll see the famous Bab Mansour gate, the Sahrij Souani, and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismael, In the afternoon, we'll arrive at the "Blue Town," where every shop is unique and sells a variety of things such as tourist gifts, shoe repairs, groceries, stationery, and sweets. You'll also see tailors sewing elegant djellabas, butchers, bakers (which are centers of life in each area), and charming examples of Andalusian architecture and parks at the end of Avenida Mohammed

7 DAY 7 : Chefchaouen - Rabat

Following your breakfast, we will collect you from the hotel to discover the enchanting city of Chefchaouen, a one-of-a-kind place featuring whitewashed walls and blue doors and windows. Distinguished from other areas in Morocco, this city was under Spanish occupation, which is evident in its architecture and culture. Later on in the day, we will make our way to Rabat, the country's capital city, where you will have dinner and spend the night at the hotel.

8 DAY 8 : Rabat - Casablanca - Marrakech

After enjoying breakfast, we will commence our tour of historical sites, starting with the Kingdom Palace, the mausoleum of Mohammed V (where the grandfather and father of the current king are buried), the Hassan Mosque - a marvel of medieval Moorish architecture, which was left unfinished when its founder passed away in 1199, and the Chellah necropolis and Kasbah Oudaya. We will then proceed to Casablanca, where you will have lunch and visit Hassan II Mosque, the Corniche, Mohammed V Place, United Nations Place, the Law Court, the Prefecture, and the Central Post Office. In the afternoon, we will drive back to Marrakech for dinner and an overnight stay in the Hotel.

9 DAY 9 : Transfer Airport Marrakech
