Our company, Deep South Travel LLC, is a reliable and fully accredited tour operator that offers day trips, travel services, and customized vacations in beautiful Morocco.

1. Reservations & Registration

By booking a tour with us, you are accepting these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and any other individuals who may use our services through your booking. This means that you agree to the following:

  • All reservations and modifications must be confirmed in writing through our website email.
  • Reservations or changes made over the phone are not allowed.
  • Your booking is confirmed after You pay the required deposit.

2. Children's Reservations

Enjoy discounts on reservations for kids. Based on the age of the child sharing a room with one parent, special discounts are available. For children under 10 years old, we offer a 50% discount.

3. Booking Procedures & Payments

Once you have accepted the quote itinerary and invoice, we will provide you with the itinerary details. To confirm your reservation, you must make an initial payment of 50% of the invoice using Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or bank transfer. We will accept cash payments (Dirhams, Euros, or Pounds) for the remaining balance on the day of your trip at the current daily rates.

4. Changes to Your Booking

To change your reservation date, you need to inform us in writing as soon as possible. Although we will try our best to accommodate your request without any extra charges, we cannot guarantee it. In case we are unable to make changes to your booking, you can either proceed with your original plan or cancel the trip, in which case cancellation fees will apply.

5. Cancellation Policy

Please inform us in writing as soon as possible if you need to alter your travel arrangements. The fee for cancellations is determined by the number of days between the date we receive your written cancellation notice and the start of your trip.

For Private & Luxury Desert Tours
  • If cancellation notice is given more than 10 days before the start of the trip, the full deposit will be refunded with no fees applied.
  • If cancellation notice is given less than 10 days before the start of the trip, the first deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For Shared Desert Tours
  • If cancellation notice is received more than 7 days prior to the start of the trip, full deposit will be refunded and no fees will be charged.
  • If cancellation notice is received less than 7 days prior to the start of the trip, the first deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For Private Day Trips & Activities
  • If you cancel your booking more than 4 days before the start of your trip, you will receive a full deposit refund and no cancellation fees will be applied.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 4 days before the start of your trip, your first deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.

6. Emergency

In case of emergencies such as natural disasters, terrorism, riots, war, fires, adverse weather conditions, etc., we reserve the right to cancel your tour and refund your money. However, please note that we are unable to provide any additional compensation.

7. Special Requests

Please inform us in writing before making a reservation if you have any special requirements such as dietary, medical, or wheelchair assistance. We will do our best to meet these requirements, but if we cannot, we will notify you in writing before booking your trip. Please also let us know of any preferences you may have, such as hotel locations or bed configurations. If we cannot meet these requests, we will not provide any compensation.

8. Insurance

We do not provide any insurance coverage. You are solely responsible for obtaining sufficient travel insurance, although we highly recommend having appropriate travel insurance to cover situations such as cancellations, illnesses, lost baggage, and delays.

9. Our Responsibility

We are accountable if any aspect of your travel plans do not align with what was specified in your booking. In such cases, we will offer reasonable compensation (up to the maximum amount paid for that particular portion of your travel arrangements). Please note that we are not responsible for any losses, illnesses, injuries, fatalities, or other personal damages incurred during your trip.

10. Travel Documents

Please note that it is your duty to ensure that you possess all the necessary travel documents. Kindly review your travel documentation thoroughly and inform us promptly if there are any discrepancies in names, dates, or times. Your passport must be valid for a minimum of six months before entering the country. We strongly advise you to print and keep all travel documents given by the website. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents are valid. Please ensure that all necessary travel documents are valid and up-to-date before the departure date of your trip. We cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise due to invalid travel documents.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

We value your privacy and understand your concerns regarding data protection. Therefore, we take full responsibility for safeguarding your booking information and use it solely for making reservations with hotels and third-party vendors. In order to ensure your trip is safe and pleasant, we will communicate any special requests you may have to our vendor partners.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Service by revising this page at any time. It is recommended that you review these Terms of Use every time you use our website to make sure you understand the current terms.
